Telephone Consultations

To get telephone advice you can contact the practice by phoning 014659137.

The receptionist will transfer your call to one of our practice nurses. The nurses are available for telephone advice between 8am and 6.30pm (Monday to Friday). However, they are consulting between 8am and 12noon and 4pm to 6.30pm therefore we would ask you to phone outside these hours where possible. If they are consulting, the receptionist will take your telephone number and a nurse will call you back.

If you wish to speak to a doctor please phone between 11am and 11.30am or between 4pm and 4.30pm (Monday to Friday). The receptionist will put you through to the doctor if (s)he is available. If the doctor is not available then the receptionist will take your telephone number and the doctor will ring you back.
